We’ve partnered with Stripe to offer convenient, completely secure bill payments.  To access the online payment tools please sign in or complete the one time registration process if you're new to the site.  If you are interested in additional information about our residential services, please visit www.jitservicesinc.com.

Existing Customer

For security purposes, you must first sign in using your user id and password that you created when you registered for the site.  Once signed in, you will be directed to the bill payment features of the site.

Before you can pay your bill, you must first register and setup your user id.  By creating an account at JIT Services you will be able to pay your utility bills online directly from your bank account or with a credit card.

Call (612) 888-5481 Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (CST) to make a one-time payment using your credit card. A $3.95 transaction fee applies to each payment (JIT Energy Services does not benefit from this fee).

Pay by Autopay

Thank you for expressing interest in our autopay payment option.  Autopay is a convenient payment option that automatically deducts your monthly bill charges from your bank account each month.  There is no fee to make your payments with autopay and it is simple to enroll.  If you would like to enroll in autopay please download and complete the Autopay Enrollment Form.  

Please complete, sign and return the AutoPay (monthly recurring payments) enrollment form). You can either email the completed and signed form to ebill@JITServicesInc.com, or you can fax it to 952-470-5761, or you can mail it back to us at: JIT Energy Services, PO Box 209, Excelsior, MN  55331.

Be aware that only accounts without a past due balance will be allowed to enroll in autopay and you will receive confirmation either by email or mail that you officially enrolled in autopay. You still need to manually submit a payment for your bill until you receive notification from us.

Standard fee statement:

Service processing fees and charges that are the tenant’s responsibility. $10 for account setup after move in or transfer from another Unit; $10 charge for final bill preparation after move out or transfer to another unit; $15 fee for late payment or non-payment for ELECTRIC customers; $10 fee for late payment or non-payment for WATER customers; $15 on-site collection notification of past due accounts and/or notification of intent to disconnect service; $30 upon dispatch to perform disconnection of service (not applicable to water customers; $30 Reconnection of service after disconnection (not applicable to water customers); $20 for any payment by credit card, check or draft dishonored or returned by a financial institution (NSF)
